Role Overview
As a UX/UI Engineer, you will play a critical role in implementing user-centred interfaces through A/B testing tools. You will collaborate with designers and other developers to create seamless and engaging user experiences that drive conversions in AB testing tools like convert.com
Key Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive, high-converting user interfaces for websites and applications.
- Delivery bug-free code.
- Work closely with the team to implement A/B tests and iterative design improvements.
- Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into responsive, high-performance code.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI and CRO.
Requirements
- 3+ years front-end development, preferably in a CRO or e-commerce environment.
- 3+ years experience in building AB tests using tools like convert.com, VWO and Adobe target
- Technical Skills:
- Highly Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Knowledge of A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize) and data analytics tools.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with heatmaps, session recording tools, and user behaviour analysis.
- Background in conversion rate optimization methodologies.
- Basic understanding of backend development and API integrations.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
