At Conversion Rate Pros we have a very simple focus: helping businesses improve the revenue they generate through their website.
Whilst that’s what we do (and what we really, really love doing), it’s not who we are.
The real focus, the focus of our hearts, is much bigger and deeper.
Our real focus is moving South Africa, and the world, forward.
We have a deep passion for assisting in the progress of this country; Our friends (read clients) and their families; their customers and those in our country that are struggling against poverty.
We believe that what we do through our Research and AB testing is important because it’s helping us move the people and businesses in our country and the world, forward.
We have 3 main ways in which we are striving to achieve this vision:
1. Growing businesses
We grow businesses through a proven, iterative research and AB testing approach, without increasing advertising budget. That’s big. We call our clients our friends because we’re not just passionate about the geeky CRO stuff. We’re passionate about the people in the businesses we work with.
Many companies in South Africa and the world over can’t keep increasing their marketing budget indefinitely to try and grow. They need a better way. A sustainable way. We believe conversion rate optimisation is just that.
2. Our bicycle initiative
For every one retainer client that CRP signs on, we donate a bicycle to an underprivileged person in South Africa. This broadens their employment opportunities immediately as they can begin looking for work farther from home. It also increases their quality of life, with less time spent walking long distances.
If you like this, and you’d like to contribute by donating a bicycle you can complete this form.
3. Hiring local
South Africa has an unemployment rate of around 32%. In driving our country forward we’d like to help provide locals with sustainable income and so we try to find the best candidate for the role locally first.
This isn’t always feasible, and if it’s not the absolute best solution for our clients we don’t do it, but it’s something we try for on every position.
